I think these work and seem to be doing a good job. Put them on your tongue and they dissolve and then swallow. Doesn’t hit the stomach to mix in with other foods.

The media could not be loaded. My video says it best but I really liked this brand. I’ve tried many brands of melatonin, having to carry jars of gummies and pills with me on trips but I much prefer this small compact pack with individually wrapped dissolvable strips.
