Spend some time in the US at a summer camp in 2025 they had cornbread there this isn’t exactly the same, but it is very nice not too sweet easy to make can’t really go wrong just followed the instructions

This mixture makes wonderful tasty cornbread and is so easy to use.

Sweet and cakey
Definitely on the sweeter side. Was easy to make and came out well, was very cakey in texture and taste. Almost feel like it could of passed for a cake if i put some icing on and called it a cake.

Really good Cornbread
Excellent choice for cornbread! I add buttermilk and a quarter cup of sugar…makes good tasting cornbread. My 12 year old ate almost the entire 8x8 pan of cornbread.
