Keeps coffee warm or hot. In fact if you have a non-insulated metal cup it’ll make tepid coffee hot! One issue: it needs a tactile on/off switch. The one it has causes the unit to turn on unexpectedly. Way too sensitive!

If you want a cup of tepid coffee, this is the warmer for you. It doesn't warm over 149 degrees, while others go much higher. My fault for not understanding what the temp SHOULD be. Also, there is no automatic shut-off. I take my coffee away from my desk, return HOURS later, and the thing is still heating the air above it rather than switching off when there is no weight on it. Pretty worthless.

I love this thing! I work from home and I use this warmer every day! Keeps my coffee warm. It's almost invisible on my desk.

I am a slow coffee drinker. This was very nice to add to my desk. It could benefit from some grippy feet. I added some stick on rubber bumps to this so it doesn't move around on my desk. Keeps my coffee warm for well over an hour as I sip on it. Controls are not finicky at all which I'm glad as it is a capacitive button so I was a little worried at first. Great product for me and a good value as well.

I wish it got warmer. You have 3 temperature settings. The highest is 149 degrees F. It does keep my coffee warm, but not hot. I guess I prefer hot coffee instead of warm. Other than that, it does what it’s supposed to do. Just keep in mind it’s limitation with temperature.
