Kavee C&C modular cage - correx coroplast cube metal grid loft bottom accessories stand liner rodent guinea pig rabbit

What an absolute joke from start to finish. Ordered the cage and was given a delivery date. Waited in all day for them to to say at 5pm it would no longer be coming, I was then at work and not home to receive the package when it was delivered the following day. All emails sent from fed ex were in french, numerous emails with Kavee back and forth getting no where fast. I was then after two weeks told by fed ex they would deliver to another address to then be told by Kavee that it was being returned to them and I would be refunded minus the delivery. Which is a shambles as how was I ever meant to track or redeliver by package when all emails were in french! To then wait another 6 days for no reply from Kavee, no refund so I emailed again to which I was told it was now being delivered. This is now week 4 since ordering and I’ve had 3 poor guinea pigs with no cage. So I was told it would be delivered either tomorrow or the next day. However shockingly it rocked up today.Hooray I’ve finally got it; well I wished I hadn’t. Absolutely disgusting quality, the bottom is cardboard, very flimsy. The sides fall apart with very little pressure and need to be secured by something else to stay together. This cage is for a school around very small children so this will not last two minute. For the money you charge it’s absolutely disgraceful. Product and communication have been a shambles from start to finish. Almost 4 weeks wait time. Joke!!

Please do not buy this as other people have stated appealing quality and customer service I am actually taking this further as I want my money back and customer services are being useless and rude at kavee avoid avoid avoid!!!!
