I was surprised by the quality of the sleeve. I have been lifting weights for over 15 years and generally do not see desi made gears with such good quality at reasonable price. This definitely is one of the Iam so impressed that have ordered wrist strap, 8 figure strap and their shaker bottle as well. Good jobSleeve itself gives good compression and heat to the knee. Good for medium to high weight lifting. Not for powerlifting as such but can be used for practice. For anyone else it’s a great buy

The media could not be loaded. My knee cap is 36 and calf is 37.8 so i went with normal fit which is size S. This was itself very stiff to put on so a smaller size would be unimaginable. Compression is crazy. My PR increased from 125 kg (beltless and without knee sleeves) to 135 kg (with hack lever belt and knee sleeves) with no grinding. At PR weights my back and glutes would take the load more due to quads giving up but this knee sleeve made me maintain my form to 100% perfection which made it seem almost like a leg press. This was also my first time squatting heavy using belt which provided a lot of back support and bracing help. Stiffness provided by knee sleeves i am satisfied with and was comforatble for whole 1 hour session. When i opened knee sleeve package, it was badly damaged but the product was fine. Even when i got the 8 figure strap i got a deformed package so one thing hack should improve is packaging. Size up by all means. My kneecap is 37 cm and I went for the SMALL size. Takes a toll to put on, so if ur not sure about size, size up and not down.
