I used to have the B12 injection but sometimes i can get headaches from too much of it and once you've had the shot it's there slow releasing for 3 months so these seemed like a better compromise, if the headaches strike I only have to go through one day of it not up to three months.Price wise they work out about the same as the shot with the flexibility on a day to day basis.One slight gripe - the patches are thoughtfully made in skin colour (for me, anyway) but why not clear, then they would blend on any colouring. Also, there is a logo motif on there so I am stamped and branded! Of course you can put somewhere hidden but would really rather they were more discreet. Or put a fun tattoo on it instead ;-)Now one thing I am not sure on, they slow release over 12 hours and state that you can wear at night. I take B12 to improve stamina and concentration, neither of which I need at night, so does this mean I should wear during the day? I have tried one at night as more convenient, and it didn't keep me awake or anything, I'm just not sure. Some of the minor side effects that can occasionally occur are the afore mentioned headaches and also increased sweating, so for me it would be better to use them at night if I still get the full benefits the following day. I am going to human lab rat myself and try a week of overnighters, followed by a week of wearing them all day, and report back!
