A terrible knee injury many years ago has left me with alignment issues in my hips and lower back. I find my 8 Board an invaluable tool for re-awakening my sense of what is true and straight and for the rotation of the femurs in the hip socket. The experience is subtle, but in my opinion, profound.In response to the previous comment, I would say that with proper care mine has lasted over ten years.
