Hello, yes I used this daily and twice daily when I was really poorly. It helped me enormously but eventually I needed something much stronger. I recommend this product.

For this price I’m getting two boxes, I.e 20 sachets? Do they have a good expiry date as the tubes, it says to discard after a month.

I use this when my mum's IBS is bad. One satchet with half a cup of water to drink. It works very well. Actually i did not even check the expiry date. I have had these over 3 months and they still work a treat. Hope this helps.
