Product description We source our Burrata from Puglia, Southern Italy where it is produced. It is relatively new in the U.K.and has become a big hit with the chefs and in turn with foodies and cheese lovers. Hand made from stretched Mozzarella which is shaped into a sphere and injected with a mix of fresh cream and shredded Mozzarella. This results in a far creamier and lighter product than Mozzarella. I like to serve it with white peaches, Prosciutto di Parma, and mint, drizzled with a good extra virgin olive oil which brings another depth of richness and flavour - Best served as a summer starter with a glass of pink wine... Ingredients whole cow?s milk, UHT cream, salt and rennet. No additives or preservatives. P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Directions Ready to use. Not like any cheese I have had before.
Wasn't impressed with the texture or flavour (which was very mild). At room temperature it dissolved quite quickly in to an unappetizing pool of creamy mush. I adore cheese of all kinds but this is not for me.

Great cheese in a different way
I had tried burrata before and loved it, so thought would give this a try....We have not regretted it at all, this is creamy and lovely, very fresh when it arrived...the only problem is we loved it that much might need to order it all the time now!!!if you like cheese you have GOT to try this...

The cream inside had gone sour by the time it arrived. Quite an expensive way to get some cheese that had to be chucked out straight away.
