what can i say you dont have to be tech savy to do the battery swap very easy process.Plus it comes with everything needed tools battery.No cons justpros the battery actually lasts longer than the one it originally came with so for me its a win totally recommend to anybody.

This battery advertizes itself as a 3000 mAH battery, witch I thought could be acheived as Sony used a less energy dense battery construction in order to make that battery safer, HOWEVER this battery is just a 1000 mAH battery in a fancy case and false labeling.NOT ONLY THAT, but there are 3 wires on the battery, red and black for power and ground, and the white wire for temperature. The temperature probe is VERY important because without it, the battery could get too hot and catch fire. THIS BATTERY DOES NOT HAVE A TEMPERATURE PROBE, it just has a resistor to trick the controller into thinking that the battery is ok. This way of wiring up a battery only works if nothing ever goes wrong with the battery, but if there is a fault in the battery, the controller will not notice and it could catch fire.

It works like a charm. Easy to install. But noticeable size difference.

Super nice. My OG batteries were to the point where I needed to charge every 15 minutes, now they last hours. Barely need my second controller now lol

Runs the controller mostly fine, but it has been causing others in my voice chat to hear a terrible buzzing/helicopter sound. Going to need to get myself a different battery as I voice chat too often and the noise is apparently unbearable.If you don't voice chat I imagine this battery will work just fine for you.
