Alumilite AlumiRes (RC-3) Black 32 oz Casting Resin

This mixed up well and molded several impossible to get latches for my convertibles. So far they plenty strong and have held up for over a year.

Easy to use, measuring cup included. Worked as expected.

It works great but I regularly trap air bubbles in my mold. Not sure if problem is with mold or product. Overall happy but dissatisfied with the number of blems.

never became completely solid. did everything as directed even preheated the mold. I use smooth-on resin all the time. never had a problem. bought this because it was black. Returned product.

Works great but you had better work fast.

I was expecting a urethane product in the 70D range. What it makes is something altogether different, more like a really hard plastic. There inst any flexible component to it after it cures. This stuff is rock hard plastic when done.

It arrived in a banged up box, missing the mixing cups. Part A had crusty solids stuck on the inside of the bottle. I tried a small batch, mixing it according to manufacturer instructions and it did nothing. I found out that there is a one year shelf life on this epoxy resin. It's obvious that they are shipping expired product so until I get a good, unexpired product, I can't give a fair review of this product.
