My Neighbor Totoro

Absolutely amazing, and I will say the same for all of the Joe Hisaishi's OSTs that I have bought.I listen to all of them very often, even over the music in my video-games.

This cd has all the music and sounds from the movie and is great to listen to. We love the movie and my son (6) was saying how much he enjoyed one part of the music so I decided to see if it was possible to get the music on cd and we love this. I have it in the car and we play it often. It calms the kids down, uplifts them and keeps them listening.

This album is definitly worth the price. You get all of the songs from the movie, even just background Music you hadn't noticed before. The album is fantastic and nettet than you would imagine! Must-have!

My Neighbour Totoro is a delightful story about the innocent fun of childhood and this is reflected in the score. The music is mostly light hearted and quirky but there are sadder parts as well. The main theme is in Japanese, but is unbelivably catchy. This soundtrack is one of the lightest in mood, but is still a pleasure to listen to. As with all Joe Hisaishi's work, the piano music is amazing and compliments an excellent Soundtrack.

Just received a copy of this from my sister in Japan and we've all been singing it for 2 days now. It's simply happy lovely music... Highly recommended!
