Company fist, but with my experience with them, don't hold your breath... They come up on ebay all the time, do a RC ship search then if you find your model ask the seller if he could photocopy the manual end email it to you... These ships are pretty straight forward and any manual from China on any subject you can use it to line the bottom of your bird cage.... You will find more answers here or other sites than relying on Chinenglish manuals.

Yes, if you buy more batteries, you can just swap out the battery pack for fresh ones and keep playing for hours. A good charge on one pack lasts about 20-30 min.
