I love this organizer! It has three pouches which attach to the inside via velcro. They seemed fine, but I didn't need them, so took them out. I like that they are detachable. The box is very sturdy and holds all testing supplies (monitor, lancets, ETOH pads, pens, needles and testing strips) with plenty of room to spare. I ordered one with bright colors on the outside in case I ever misplace it, as it's easier to identify against any background. The zippers function just fine and there's a blank square on one side of the case that I was easily able to affix labels with return information to. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I've had it for several weeks now, as I wanted to use it a bit before giving a review, and I would definitely buy it again.

Sturdy hard case that handles travel really well. Beautiful design on the outside. I like the different compartments and how the 3 bags are detachable.. I am still working on organizing everything into it's "proper place" so I can get frustrated with it a bit but it is still WAY better than all the little cases I was using before.I did read the measurements online, but I guess I really didn't understand how big this thing is.. I carry a large purse (pictured below with coffee cup for ref) and this basically takes up the whole main compartment (pic below), but since I only started carrying a purse becasue of my diabetic supplies I don't see much of an issue with it.The only complaint I have is the velcro seems to not grip very well. The mesh pocket on the one side comes undone rather easily so things can fall out of it and move about the case more. The pouches seems to hold fine, it's only if they don't make full contact because of the indentation of the logo that they seem to shift a bit. I would not suggest just putting lancets in this case without being held in some other sort of small container or bag though, becasue of the mesh pocket opening rather easily and the detachable bags have pretty large gaps even when you close the top flaps. (That's what the finding nemo tin is in my case, pictured below - my lancets!) Other than that this holds every little thing I need and I even added in backups of other meds and things just to be able to have them on me if needed. Definitely not disappointed!

I wasnt honestly expecting it to be sooooo HUGE! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this! It carries literally EVERYTHING; extra pod, extra dexcom G6 applicator, my testing meter, extra insulin, snacks for lows. I still have room for more! I've been a Type 1 since I was 9 mos old just dealing with the ugly cases and a huge purse/ bad, and getting this case Is AMAZING! Highly recommend

Horrible product!! Too big, bulky and nothing stays where you velcro it. While traveling everything jumbles around so when you open this piece of luggage you have to resort. Velcro pockets don't stay where you put them. Cost to return isn't worth my time or effort. I'll donate it and hope someone else can use it for something...don't buy! Had to select 1 star when I don't want to select any!!!

This case is huge. Unless you need to travel with a large supply of insulin and keep it cool there is little value in this case. The velcro pouches are haphazard and not meant to fit any specific supplies. I am using the case for something else as it is not at all what I wanted for diabetic supplies. My fault for not checking dimensions better. On the plus side it is attractive and sturdy.

So far I love this case! It has a lot of room to carry everything along with a nice design. The internal pockets that can be used or removed are excellent.I am excited to use this case.

This is a large case! Its not big enough to fit all three pouches nicely on the bottom, so I put one in the net area as a divider/pocket. My meter fits nicely in the netted area too. It is a semi hard shell. You can easily squish it with your fingers, but it seems decently made. It came with a warranty card, but there is no model number to register it.

Great case and post is true to size, fits everything i need and then some! Definitely on the bigger size just like the pictures show. I adore the colors, finally no black or plain for hard cases. I recently became diabetic and seeing the colors lifts the mood; also like to express myself. I would love a smaller one for my meter for on the go! (please make smaller hard cases just like this?!)

Always been meaning to buy something to store and transport all my diabetic needs, but never seemed to get round to it. I'm really glad that I chose this case. Plenty of room. Semi hard shell. Nice design and exterior coloring. 3 detachable internal pockets and a large pouch. Everything fits in , with room to spare. A very good price ,for the quality of the product. I would recommend this, it's ideal for home or travel usage.

Good size sturdy enough to protect your insulin and the many other bits us diabetics need.

Great makes our diabetic kit look cool for our little man. Lots of pockets and plenty of space for needles and pens - am about to buy another for a spare kit for the school 💯 recommend :)
