The smart watch is too good with aswam features. I gifted this to my dad . This is his 2nd Smart watch and he is happy with this.

I reached out to customer support on same day with proof and photos, and guess what? Their “evaluation team” apparently has X-ray vision and psychic powers—because they declared (without even physically checking the product) that the watch was exposed to water or sunlight. Case closed, no replacement, warranty denied.No actual inspection. Just an email saying “it looks like...” based on a photo. That’s the level of service you get here.To anyone reading this: Buy only from sellers that offer Amazon Replacement/Refund policies.Avoid these shady service-center-based warranty setups—they’re just a loophole to avoid responsibility.Save your money. Choose brands that respect customers. You’ve been warned.
