Also it feels like chili free. Not spicy at all. **Q: Please- can this be ket in freezer once opened to extend shelf life?** A: I would of thought so after all it’s just a mixture of herbs. Maybe put in ice cube trays then you can take out as little as you need . Also make share you put it in the freezer B4 it gets near it’s sell by date . **Q: Kis there a list of ingredients for this product please?** A: Ingredients: Garlic 28%, Lemongrass 24%, Salt 13%, Shallot 12.5%, Galangal 9%, Dried red chilli 4%, Coriander seed 3.5%, Kaffir lime peel 2.5%, Curry powder 1.3%, Cumin 1%, Cinnamon 0.4%, Turmeric 0.4%, Cardamon 0.2%, Nutmeg 0.2%. No added MSG, No preservative, No artificial colour. **Q: How long does this keep safely once opened? The package says it's not suitable for freezing.** A: It will keep in the fridge for several months - I think because it’s spicy, it’s difficult for bacteria to grow in there. Just be sure not to introduce anything else into it (like dipping an unclean knife or spoon in it), as mould can then grow around the top of the bag opening etc. Also, keep it in the bag, inside the pot and keep refrigerated. A good amount of spice while still having a lot of flavour and really easy to use ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ delicious *by A***J on 25 October 2025* Lovely thai culture and food always nice ### ⭐ Awfully high on salt *by M***K on 27 January 2026* No fragrance and overwhelmingly salty so I had to use a LOT of sugar and lemongrass to balance it out otherwise the vibrancy of the curry was getting completely lost. Not the most authentic Thai flavour. Medium to low heat level. Not really the best quality if paste and the size on top of that makes it poor value for money.
