Q: Can't get it to work. have fully charged it and nothing happens when i push the buttons. what am i doing wrong?

Q: When you drop the cone in and go to pack it down with a bamboo stick or something does it catch the top of the cone paper ever and mess it up inside?

First let me say I absolutely love this grinder. My hands are not as strong as they used to be so this makes it so easy to grind my buds. As for the cone stuffer I used it one time and chunked it. Ruined a number of the cones trying to get the hang of packing but just couldn't get it. Plus I think it's a total waste of flower as it takes so much to fill. Where I live medical canibus is rather high so I generally use a one hitter bong or pipe.

Q: Does the empty cone fit tightly in the loader?
