Review: Nice little tiny balls :) - I totally forgot about this and recently tried making some for my kids, and it works really well. Sometimes water will squirt out but it's not that difficult to take the top off. So far I'm 3/3 and have no complaints really. It's ICE and fhas all it. Ice melts! It is a tad small but the kids love them
Review: Refreshing - I just had my 10 year old fridge, with an ice maker die. I wasn’t financially prepared, so I couldn’t afford one with an ice maker right now. I bought this on sale, and I don’t even want an ice maker now. The ice is aesthetically pleasing, and easy to make/use. The box and scoop are great and make the whole process easy. I haven’t had any trouble getting the ice balls out of the plastic molds easier. Took me about a 1.5 days to fill the ice box, but I just keep the molds filled to replace what I use. Loveeee this.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why can't I make complete ice balls (half and half)?**
A: Please fill liquid above the indicated water line, then, while closing the lid, it's crucial to line up the both side of the trays (with different width), and you should hear a light click to make sure the trays are closed tightly.

**Q: Why do ice balls sometimes have ice edges?**
A: If too much water is added, the ice balls could be "linked" together after freezing, during the making process, it is sufficient to pour water just a little above the water line.

**Q: How to clean these plastic ice cube trays?**
A: Our ice trays are made of quality food-grade plastic, so it's NOT recommended to put them into your dishwasher (high temperature may cause deformation), please clean the ice trays with running water, with detergent if necessary.

**Q: How does this set compare to other silicone ice trays?**
A: This ice tray set is much easier to operate and get the ice out, it lasts longer, saves spaces, makes a large amount of ice balls, easy storing & serving, and esthetically pleasing!
