I am writing this review as a long term user of this product. I purchased my PitROK in March 2012 and have used it almost every day since. It has survived being dropped into a sink (a large piece broke off) and has since been worn down to a smooth surface again through use. The best thing about this product is it lasts for a LONG time. I have had one for almost a year and a half and I'm not even close to ordering another. The other thing I love about this is it is completely scentless, which means you can wear any aftershave/perfume you want (as little as you want) without feeling like it is being overpowered by a cheap deodorant scent. Also, as it is not a liquid product you can take it onto a plane no problem; it's a small point but one very much appreciated when you're rushing to catch a flight as it means you can just throw it in your carry on and you don't have to mess around opening a case and cramming it inside. Onto the only negative I can think of: You do still get white marks (especially if you rub the crystal around a lot), but they are washed out easily and are a lot less noticeable than the white marks from normal deodorants, even on a Black shirts they are not particularly easy to see. I think the white marks might be avoided by allowing the skin to dry completely before dressing and by rubbing the crystal on the skin as little as possible. This product has increased in price by almost £2 since I bough it, but I'd buy it again in a heart beat. I used to spend about £4 every few months buy the subtlest scent antiperspirant I could find (as all deodorants I used failed to prevent odour for the whole day) but this wasn't ideal as I got sores under my arms from clogged pores. Since I've been using PitROK I've been completely odour free and haven't had a single sore. I can sweat without worrying that I'm going to smell bad, so it's a good confidence booster too. Finally, there are days when I haven't bother showering and the deodorant I applied the morning before was still adequate to see me into the evening without me stinking the room out. That's over 24 hours of protection. I honestly can't recommend this product enough, the only thing that might make me hesitate to do so is if I'm talking to somebody who shaves under their arms (poorly) or who otherwise suffers from cuts to the area. The deodorant is highly astringent (in fact you can use it to stop a bleed from shaving) and will sting like hell if you get it into a cut. Not a bad thing since it stops bleeding and helps prevent infection, but if I had to endure that stinging every day I wouldn't be pleased.

This is a great product which lasts for ages. My husband and I have one each and find them reliable and long lasting Quite a saving both financially and health wise. No skin irritation due to the good ingredients and the size is fine too;

PitRok push up deodorant is amazing. You simply wet your underarm or apply after showering when your underarm is still wet and there you go - odourless all day even if you do heavy manual work. It works better than any other deodorant I have ever used and also it has no annoying scent and no stickyness. It is basically a contoured smooth crystal of which a small amount dissolves on contact with a wet underarm. If more people knew about this product then the would use nothing else. Another thing is that it lasts for absolutely ages. I bought mine months ago and it is only half used. This product really is a revolution and I have nothing to do with the company that makes the product I assure you. The only issue I have with the product is the way it is advertised: Natural bacteriostatic action. PitRok Push-up Crystal Deodorant. Works by suppressing bacterial growth - the cause of body odour. PitRok provides remarkable deodorant protection in a natural way. Does not block pores. No aluminium chlorohydrate or aluminium zirconium. Odourless. Bacteriostatic action. What is should really say is what is does contain which is a solid lump of ammonium alum. This is in fact a salt containing a form of aluminium. No I don't believe that there have been any studies showing any issue with using this form of aluminium salt as a topical deodorant(otherwise I wouldn't use it) but trying to imply that it is some kind of natural crystal is a bit misleaing in my view. But in summary a brilliant and revolutionary product that once tried you will never use anything else. Also the fact that it lasts so long makes it cheap too!

I never thought I'd ever bother reviewing a deodorant, but this product is truly exceptional. I've suffered from excessive sweating since my teens (many years!), to the extent that I never felt comfortable just wearing a t-shirt. No matter what the weather, I always had to have an extra layer on to hide my sweat marks. I went to the drs multiple times, and I was given a number of treatments...none of which worked, and many which brought me out in a rash or made my armpits itch like hell. I came across PitRok by chance, just through browsing Amazon. I've never seen it in shops, and I have no idea why! It works like an absolute charm. You have to apply it to wet underarms (I apply mine straight after a shower), and I slap quite a bit on. And I tell you what, not only do I not have any sweat marks, but there's no smell whatsoever. And I really put it to the test. The first week I got it, I went to Rhodes, where it was 45 degrees celsius all day, and 28 degrees at night. Compared to how much I sweated in the UK in ~10 degrees, there were barely any sweat marks, and there was practically no smell. I felt so comfortable, I wore a t-shirt all week without feeling like I had to wear another layer to hide sweat marks. I've been using it for over two months now, and the stick has hardly gone down. It will last for ages! I reckon I'll get a good 6 months (if not more) out of it before I have to replace it. So although it seems like an expensive deodorant, not only will it last for a long time, it actually works. This is all I'm using from now on. *** EDIT *** (3rd July 2016) After 11 months, I'm still using the SAME deodorant stick. It hasn't lost its strength and it's still going strong. So value for money is absolutely brilliant!

It lasts a long time and it works really well for my husband. I like that it doesn’t have a scent, but unfortunately it gives me a rash after I’ve used it a few days so I’ve had to find an alternative for me.

best deodorant I ever used, its so strong that sometimes even after a whole day I still cant smell any perspiration. With excessive effort it does smell just a bit, but not strongly. It is also good for the clothes, since it doesnt leave any mark or crust on their under pits. It just has to be dissolved with a bit of water (just moist the fingers) and applied after shower. One of these can last for years if you dont brake it.

Bought for husband's sensitive pits, he's tried most hypoallergenic deodorants and they all eventually give him a nasty rash, this one so far has been very good - no rash and no pong

I used to get cheap roll-ons and thought they were economical. My wife introduced me to these, and I thought it was really expensive for a single deodorant. That was in June 2012; it is now Feb 2022. I have been using this every day for nearly a decade, and I have no doubt that it will last through this June to hit the ten year mark, and probably beyond. Perhaps a couple of weeks a year I've used my travel deodorant instead, but daily for around fifty weeks a year for ten years, this has done the trick for me. 3,500 uses. That is about 60p a year, or under 0.2p a day. OK, so the price actually turns out to be amazing given how long it lasts, but does it work? For me it definitely seems to work well. This is not an antiperspirant: I avoid those because I don't like the idea of something clogging up my pores. And to be fair, I'm not a profuse sweater. On occasional really hot days when I'm outside a lot and working hard armpits can get a little damp, but what this PitRok seems to do is stop germs breeding and producing unpleasant odours. A few drops of water on the old pits followed by a good rub with this each morning seems to keep any aromas at bay, glues and gums away from my body, and a lot less plastic waste in landfill, so when my current unit finally runs out (and the pusher is just beginning to become visible as you can see in the photo) then I will replace it with another one of these without a second thought. [Edit Jan 2023, a year after my initial review] OK, so 10.5–11 years after I started using this the yellow pusher is emerging from top (see second photo) and starting to scrape. So I have indeed bought a new one to replace it, and the decade-long cycle begins again!

Produit arrivé cassé, je ne peux même pas l'utiliser, j'espère que le prochain produit que je recevrais sera en meilleur état. Très déçue... c'est un article assez fragile et il est juste mis dans un carton sans plus de protection en sachant comment les facteurs traitent les colis....
