It has sections for everything, from appointments to test results to how your feeling at that particular stage. It also has tons of blank places where your can add pictures or whatever you want. It’s a lot thicker than I originally thought, but in a good way! It has sections for 2 egg retrieval cycles and 3 embryo transfer cycles. Each section has plenty of pages as well. I will definitely be recommending this journal to others!

This journal is beautiful which is one of the things that drew me to it and it didn’t disappoint. But now that I am in the thick of IVF appointments and shots it’s a real life saver. It’s helping me to see the full picture of this and not have to remember every detail because it’s in the journal. The prompts are also helping me to know what questions to ask or what research to do. Very very helpful! Definitely recommend.

This journal is perfect for our IVF journey. It has plenty of space for writing and keeping up with appts and medicine. I’m able to keep track of which side I’m doing my shots. This journal thought of everything. It even has spots for pictures to capture these milestones.

Exactly what I was looking for and perfect for keeping myself organized. It has everything you need for tracking appointments, medications, expenses, ultrasounds and more. I especially love how there is extra space for multiple rounds of egg retrievals and embryo transfers. Highly recommended!

There are apps that help you capture the same information but are more organized and have more instructions and resources that I found more helpful than writing everything down. May be helpful if you like writing to stay organized but a lot of the sections are redundant and don’t give you a lot of benefit other than giving you a place to write everything down.

I like the idea of this IVF journal, but I don’t find the order of the pages make sense. Sadly I am not liking it anymore, yet we are stuck with it sincerely we have started recording our journey in it. It’s gets even more confusing when you do multiple transfers, the pages don’t align. Should be more medication pages, transfer pages and for whatever reason there are too many beta test pages for the number of transfer pages. Love the idea, just not a big fan of this journal.

A really helpful journal while in the trenches to keep track of everything

This book has made me feel so on top of everything during my IVF cycle. There’s space for medication for egg retrieval, medication for embryo transfer, stimulation day diary, trigger shot day, egg collection day, blood test results, sperm analysis results, appointment tracker, vitamin tracker, a place to capture how you’re feeling and add photos. Cannot thank the designer of the book enough. I don’t think I would have coped without it. It become part of my routine during the cycle. Highly recommend.
