You barely have to sweat and your patch falls off or ends up stuck to your shirt We used med tape to hold them on for the first 8 days - today we received our transparent clear bandaid to hold them on and its a major improvement. All in all - product is working great, price is totally right i just recommend buying something additional to hold em on. Will report back as the 8 week system goes on.

I know this is going to sound very strange to some readers but heres my nicotine patch story.. How I healed my Arthritic Trigger Finger . I discovered the meaning of Trigger Finger when I looked up finger splints on Amazon. I had asked a physiotherapist friend what I could do when you go to bed and wake up with a locked finger that is bent and is painful to straighten out. Used for about 3 weeks then cut it cold turkey worked flawlessly …keep in mind it’s more of a mental thing than physical …embrace the anxiousness don’t let it scare you into smoking/vaping to relax …had no issue with skin irritation or adhesiveness washed right off in shower

The adhesive kills me. Even with topical steroid underneath I get a delayed hypersensitivity reaction and have patch shaped scars all over my body. Can't use them anymore. But I think the nicotine part is good. Update 5/2026 : the old ones I got had nicotine (symptoms with a fraction of a patch used for purpose other than quitting smoking). I thought the new ones did not, but I tried a whole patch and I got symptoms of nicotine exposure. I don't know how the nicotine content compares to the label, but there seems to be some in there

I purchased to help with stop vaping and it helped. I wasn't sure of the amount of patches because it said for smokers, so I went with the highest recommended amount. It stays in place as long as not wet. I felt the patch helping, but once removed you can tell. It's not used for any pain relief, energy substitute and the patch size is small. It's function does what it says it's supposed to do.
