Just worth checking if you are sensitive to sodium or used to other brands.My routine: on a heavy Peloton ride days I start drinking it about 30 minutes before and save half to finish during the ride. On lift and sauna days I have it during the lift and finish it right before I go in. It has become non-negotiable.No sugar, clean ingredients, and it actually works. Worth every penny.
