I love how high this shapewear goes on my waist. It helps keep all my bits and bobs in place and creates a nice snatched waist, as the kids say. I’ll probably order another one to keep on hand.

I sized down from the recommended size in the chart because my experience with most shapewear is that they are designed for pear shaped women with curvy booties, thick thighs, and little belly pooches, not women like me with thick waists, fluffy bellies, and flat booties. So I have to go down a size to get a proper fit in the areas I need it to shape. But I don't even know what to say about these. They looked like the right size when I took them out of the package, but I've never had shapeware that fit this loose and weird before, even if I didn't size down. It was so bad, I even double checked the size (it was the size I ordered) and then to see if I put them on backwards (I didn't). It's like they were three sizes too big, and the fabric is thin and super stretchy so that makes it even worse. The leg holes are so big and stretchy that they go almost up to my belly button in front. The bottom of my stomach literally pokes out of them on both sides. (You are welcome to laugh at that visual because I did when I looked in the mirror). The top fits but not very snugly, and it is so stretchy it offers no support or smoothing whatsoever. It has none of those silicone strips inside to help it stay in place like most high waisted shapewear does, so the stays sewn into it just slide down when you walk or bend over.I honestly don't expect to miraculously drop a size or develop a flat stomach, poppin' booty, and snatched waist on my post-menopausal apple shaped body just by putting on a pair of underwear. I know full well that just ain't gonna happen. But if it claims to be shapewear, I do expect it to at least tuck things in a little and smooth out a few bumps and rolls, not make my stomach look like I'm smuggling hampsters in my pants pockets.Save your money and just buy a pair of cheap nylon granny panties. They'll probably do you more good.

This is my first pair of shape wear in any shape or form. I went with the size that I’m in now and it fit very snuggly. I am usually a 2X in most things. I purchased a dress and a one XL and I put the shape on under that and it looked amazing! Even though the dress was a little bit clingy, you could not see my muffin top. I absolutely love these and will wear them time and time again.

Most of these are very uncomfortable however this one is not. The material was great, soft, stretchy. And did exactly what it was supposed to do. I'd definitely buy another one
