| Recommended Uses For Product | 1.Surface Preparation:Clean threads/contact surfaces thoroughly to remove grease, rust, or old residue. Ensure surfaces are dry and debris-free. 2.Application Method:Apply a thin, even layer using a brush or applicator tool. Cover critical areas (e.g., bolt roots) without over-application. 3.Temperature Guidelines:Optimal application at 5°C~40°C. Reapply to high-temperature parts (e.g., exhaust) after cooling below 80°C. 4.Quantity Control:Use 0.5~1g per bolt (pea-sized amount). Excess may affect torque accuracy or cause contamination. 5.Storage & Safety:Store sealed in cool/dry conditions. Avoid contact with strong acids/bases. Wear gloves during handling. 6.Key Precautions:Tighten to manufacturer torque specifications to prevent loosening from over-lubrication. Avoid use on plastic/rubber components (risk of material degradation). A must have when replacing your spark plugs
I’m extremely impressed with the BTAS Copper Anti-Seize Thread Lubricant! I purchased it for use on the spark plus I was replacing. In addition to spark plugs, it can be used for various high-temperature and high-stress components, such as brake caliper pins, brake pad bolts, and battery terminals. You will find that the spark plugs come out a lot easier if you use this the next time you change them. The grease has a smooth consistency that’s easy to apply, and it’s been fantastic at preventing rust, corrosion, and squeaks. I’ve used it on my brake components, and it’s made a noticeable difference in reducing brake noise. I no longer hear those annoying squeaks, and everything feels smoother and more responsive. The high-temperature resistance is a huge bonus, especially for automotive applications where heat can be a big concern. The 1 oz tube is the perfect size, and it goes a long way, making it a great value for the price. Whether you're working on a car, boat, or other high-performance machinery, this lubricant is a must-have. It’s helped me maintain my vehicle’s performance while also ensuring that all connections stay protected from rust and wear. I highly recommend the BTAS Copper Anti-Seize Thread Lubricant to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality lubricant for their mechanical needs. It’s truly a game changer! Five stars!

Good general purpose for brake jobs
Easy to apply, seems to do the job. Can use this on brake caliper pins, bolts, and the hub face. It can also be applied to the backside of the brake pads to minimize noise.

Loctite for grown-ups
If you're reaching for blue Loctite, 90% of the time you should be reaching for this instead, especially for critical applications, high heat parts like brake caliper bolts, spark plugs, or any time you're threading a steel bolt into aluminum or titanium. Finishline used to market this as TiPrep and it was a mainstay in bicycle repair shops for small threads, bottom brackets, bearing races, or any time you might need to disassemble something again in the foreseeable future. This does a much better job of protecting threads in moisture and high temperature environments than Loctite and doesn't break down. I use it on every spray plug I swap.

I’ll be buying more of this.
This anti-seize compound is good for the bolts when doing your breaks or any other mechanical job where you want to keep the bolts from seizing up. The copper helps give it a soft metal for giving way when you’d otherwise have bolts seize up on you. It’s easy to use and easy to keep on hand. I’ll be buying more when the time comes.
