Easy as advent style, but fun and can be done normally too. Also good quality
I've seen these advent puzzles listed and like the idea but was worried how the quality would be. Now, I want to save these for the season so I can't verify everything but I did a couple sections as a test. After starting that, I am looking forward to this season to do these. Each section only takes a few minutes so it won't be so difficult that way but after if done as a regular puzzle will also be fun. Mostly though, I was surprised at the quality. No puzzle dust, and the pieces snap together really well and hold (picking up by the edge will lift most of the section). There are both pros and cons to these, with the numbers on the back and the way the sections are sorted. The small chunks make it really easy and for those who need the numbers help as a clue to location (I generally really dislike the numbers, but it does help put back into the correct boxes after). The big box has each of the little boxes by number and that matches up to the section of the puzzle too (section 4 is lower left in the main box, and is the lower left corner) so you know what part of the pic to match it up to. I like the challenge so I won't be going by that, and you may want to adjust the order if you like doing the edges instead as this goes in columns.Picture quality is good too and a nice poster.

A Delightful Countdown with "Santa’s Secret Workshop" Puzzle
I just couldn’t resist picking up this "Santa’s Secret Workshop" Advent jigsaw puzzle, and it’s been a charming addition to our Christmas traditions! With 1008 pieces spread across 24 little boxes, each day feels like a step closer to the magic of Christmas. One of the things I love about this puzzle is the special Christmas design on the boxes. When you arrange them in the box (or on a mantel if you’re feeling fancy), they create a lovely festive display. It’s not just a puzzle; it’s a decoration in itself! The puzzle pieces are sturdy and fit together just right, with vibrant colors that bring the workshop scene to life. Each day, you get to build a new part of Santa’s workshop, and by Christmas Eve, you’ll have the whole thing completed. It’s a fun and festive way to count down the days! For those who might need a little extra help (or if you’re working with kiddos), there’s a life-size poster included that makes putting it together easier. You can build directly on the poster, and when you’re done with that day’s section, you can either leave it there or move it to wherever the rest of your puzzle is coming together. I’ve tried to provide a few photos showing how much the poster is true to the puzzle pieces. Also, most of these Advent puzzles have the puzzle day number printed on the back of the respective puzzle pieces. This puzzle does, too, as noted in the puzzle with all of the pieces on the table for Day 1. I’m also including photos of what the “6” and “9” look like … very similar but also different when you really look at them.Hope you enjoy building this puzzle!!!

Great gift for puzzle lovers
My wife and teenage children enjoy puzzle advent calendars for the holidays. They each sit down to their own puzzle and spend a little time talking, laughing, and sometimes racing to see who can finish their daily puzzle section first. It’s a great way to connect for a few minutes each day.How it works: Each day between December 1st and December 24th you open a new box that contains 42 pieces that build a small section of the overall 1008 piece puzzle. At the end of 24 days you have a fully assembled puzzle. The great thing about having it broken down is you only have the pieces for the particular section you are working on so it is much less overwhelming than trying to pick the right pieces out of a 1000 pieces. On average it typically takes 5-10 minutes to assemble each days’ part depending on how unique the pieces are in a given section. We love that this puzzle has a full size poster. It makes it easy for older eyes to more easily discern where pieces ago. Pieces are sturdy, and uniquely cut so that it is generally easy to tell if you have a piece in the right place or not. The image is also good quality with sharp details (not blurry like some puzzles). The back of each piece is labelled with it’s corresponding box number, so when you are done it is easy to break the puzzle back down into the 24 original boxes. And it’s a good size (~20x28) when finished – so make sure you have enough space to assemble it!The only moderately negative comment I have about this particular puzzle is that the outside box isn’t a super snug fit (see image) compared to other puzzles we have. There’s a ¼ inch or more gap. It doesn’t impact the puzzle in the least, and actually makes it easier to pluck boxes out of the container, but in my opinion it doesn’t look quite as polished in fit and finish as others.

Assemble it on top of the poster each day
I am excited to finish putting this jigsaw puzzle together during the month of December. I only started part of it as a trial run. It has 24 numbered boxes that make up a holiday illustration when housed together. Each of these boxes contains a small section of the puzzle pieces. Every day, you remove the pieces and put together a portion of the larger puzzle. The set also includes a poster with the festive holiday scene and it is the same size as the puzzle. You can assemble the puzzle right on top of it for reference if you like and the pieces line up.Everything about this advent calendar is impressive. It is well made and a good value. The puzzle pieces have the colorful scene on one side, numbers to reference which section of the puzzle they are from on the backside, they are sturdy, cut evenly, and fit together well. I can instantly tell if I've gotten it wrong.By Christmas, when the puzzle is complete, you can disassemble it and put the correct sections back into the numbered boxes to use as an advent calendar again next year. I plan to comingle all the pieces and do it as a regular holiday jigsaw in future years. This calendar would make a good gift for puzzle lovers and a nice way for the family to pass the time leading up to Christmas.
