This 'soft' step is absolutely brilliant 5 stars. Arrived on time, opened the box and packaging and within a few minutes the steps were usable ... although a couple more hours of waiting for them to 'stretch and breathe' to fit cover and they were PERFECT. Comes with the removable cover already fitted...another plus. The extended lower step is also another well thought out idea too as it enables our older cocker (she's 11 bless ..) to access her favourite spot on our bed, with ease.... The steps are soft on her feet, which in turn is less hard on her old bones, but extremely sturdy. So far I'd say great value for money..as anything that makes our elderly pups' 'golden' years easier for her to manage..is worth it!! More aesthetic too than hard steps and the cover is totally removable and washable!! Non slip on carpet not sure about hard floors as don't have them ...we love it and after only 5 mins of showing our cocker how to use..we ALL had a good night's sleep..no more dancing round the bed asking to be lifted up...definitely 5 stars, 10 if we could...

These doggy stairs are very sturdy and very well made. The house underneath is big ,plenty of storage in the first two steps . The lids fit perfectly. Very good value for money. Sits alongside the sofa or bed .

Perfect for Maisy my middle aged chihuahua. She uses them a lot.

Had these a year or so now and they are just great - cats get up them no problem - do the job well

Don’t waste your money, this is not suitable for medium sized dogs such as the Golden Retriever shown in the photos for the following reasons: 1. The foam is too soft and once my dog puts weight on it, the step compresses immediately and cannot walk up it. 2. It is not heavy at the base and has a high centre of gravity and no grip at the base, so even with my smaller dog, it topples over and slides. This product is no fit for purpose.

Just the steps I was looking for and our dog knew straight away how to use it. Works well for sofa and bed access for our small dog 7.3kg. It has a handle so easy and light enough to move around. Best purchase I’ve made, thank you.

I want to write this to help other people.The dog step is very good, but if you have laminated floor it's no good at all.As the dog jumps up , it runs across the floor I had to put sticky pads on the bottom to stop it slipping , My little dog got very frightened when it slipped and wouldn't use it for a while , but now i've had to put these pads at the bottom of it , it's a lot better , but it's no good for laminated floor so the description is completely wrong

Stabile, optisch sehr schöne und einen wirklich hochwertigen Eindruck machende Hundetreppe. Wird gerne von unseren Vierbeinern genutzt. Zu kritisieren gibt es meinerseits nichts.

My dog loves it. Use it every day. Good help as my dog has short legs.

It looks great, but my dog hates it and slides off the side before he gets to the top.

Happy with this stairs for my dog of 3kg. He can now safely come of the sofa himself. It’s not to soft at all like some other reviews say. Only thing I wish that it would come in grey color.
