Selenium Tablets 200mcg ACE - 360 Pack (with Vitamin A, C and E)

I have been taking selenium for a number of years, preferring the ones that also have vitamin A, C & E. I can't, in all honesty say I'm in better health as a result, but I'm sure I've not had any ill effects.Being able to purchase a years supply at such a good price is a bonus. I previously had brought small quantities from a well known high street outlet, which was costing a lot more over a 12 month period. The only negative thing I can find is because of the size of the packaging, I found I needed to put them in a smaller tub, but that's just a personal preference.
