Purchased a couple of days ago — overall pleased, and customer service was excellent and responsive, and earned this 5* review.When I bought the L01 Pro, the biggest challenge was getting it to work with my existing plumbing setup. Here are some key points that might help others:1. The top lid comes off easily!There’s no special trick - just lift it straight up. This is necessary so you can see the holes to align the toilet with your floor flange bolts. Some other models already had videos showing this, and I noticed they’ve now added a video for the L01 Pro (possibly after I asked). Definitely watch that before installation.2. You may need to remove the large pipe!You can use the provided adapters to replace the large pipe and connect your 7/8" water line (I had a 3/8" to 7/8" line) directly to that connection. There are videos for this process as well - worth watching.Important note: When I removed the large pipe, I noticed some depressurization. It might not happen to everyone, but just to be safe, wear eye protection. The adapter also needs to be tightened almost all the way down to avoid leaks.Also, the included valve attaches directly to the wall, which was more work than I could do in my setup, so keep that in mind.Side note: Be careful — the parts underneath the seat (which you wouldn’t normally be able to touch) were quite sharp!In summary: If you follow these instructions and the videos, the install is fairly straightforward. Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond, which made the whole process much smoother.

This is a great toilet. It was a bit difficult to get to the mounting bolts to tighten the toilet down. Since the back of the toilet is slanted inwards, there is just barely enough room to get your hand around the back and fished around inside to bet the nuts on. Used a mirror to get the ratchet situated on the nut, but it's a nice clean look after the install. And no ledge to gather dirt and grime over the years.Customer service was great too. I had a question about how to disable the automatic lid opening (you long press the lower left most button on the remote), and they responded quickly with a picture and the explanation. The auto opening is cool at first, but if you have a small bathroom, it gets annoying quick always opening and closing when you are just close to it.Overall happy with the toilet and all the functions!

I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Was a little concerned about the install initially, but after removing old trusty (about 20 minutes), I got this new one installed from scratch in about 45 minutes. Only needed one trip to the hardware store for a slightly longer hose. Otherwise, all the adapters were included.Install instructions weren’t the best, but all you really need to know is within a couple 2-3 minute videos on the Amazon product page. It came with a new donut gasket (I was wondering about that initially too).It’s exceptionally roomy. From the pics, I figured it might be rather petite, Nope: it’s as roomy as the expensive models out there.The hands free automations work nearly perfectly. It automatically raises the lid just getting near it, and a little foot motion by the sensor raises the seat, and similarly lowers it when finished.The heated seat is N I C E, and the water and dryer temp controls work well too.Flush power is quite substantial. I would gamble this guy can handle business better than my “green” old trusty could while using less water at the same time. When flushing, it first sprays the side of the bowl, triggering the initial flush, then it sprays from the very bottom front to sorta force back any stragglers.Another hidden advantage I see here is that all of the meaty bits are in the top section, which removes for easy install. Virtually any malfunction in the future could be fixed by replacing just the ~5 pound top unit, and not having to bother with the rest of the ~70-80lb porcelain. As far as i can tell, the only hardware attached in the porcelain itself is the foot sensor, and i suspect that could be easily swapped if required 5, maybe 10 years down the road.Time will tell. In the meantime, I say good riddance to Big Pharma and Big Charmin

I waited about 3 months before writing this review.The toilet works great! We bought this initially for my handicapped son who cannot clean himself and we hoped this would make it easier my wife and myself. It does! We have never used a bidet before but have consider them. We needed to replace our toilet and the cost for the Loupusuo Toilet was very close to the cost of a new toilet with a bidet adaptor, so we opted to go all in. Everyone likes and enjoys the toilet. The heated seat is wonderful in the winter months and the bidet flow and adjustability allow us to 'hit the spot' perfectly. And it is nice to open and close the seat without touching anything.Installation was pretty simple. I had to move my water inlet over a few inches which turned out to be pretty simple. The instructions are a little lite but easy to figure out. I had a couple questions that I sent to Loupusuo and got a very quick response.We have had NO issues with the toilet. It flushes well and fast. Not to be gross, but I could plug up my old toilet. This toilet pushes everything through. The toilet looks clean and cleans very easily. We are now considering another toilet for the master bedroom.
