These cases are very sturdy. I purchased to help consolidate shells from old worn out boxes into groups of the same size. Given the durability I have seen I do think these are worth purchasing.

Works as advertised. Took me a min to figure out the thing on top can be removed to fit larger shells

Will hold 28 ga shells. They just wobble a bit in the box.

Love these for duck hunting and keeps your shells organized

Does what it job

I use these to store ink samples when traveling. They fit the tubes perfectlyand keep the ink upright. I know this isn't their typical use but it works

Unlike a lot of folks, I'm using this box for it's original purpose - the storage of gun cartridges. For this it's perfect. You cannot see from the listing images, but the hinge of this nicely moulded box is properly pinned, and not just a flappy tab of plastic that I feared might be the reality at this kind of price. But I needn't have worried. This is a surprisingly well made, sturdy, high quality box. In terms of neat, secure and ordered cartridge storage inside my gun cabinet, I cannot think of any better solution. Highly recommended. And yes, they work well for batteries too.

excellent storage box, well made and hinged so it should last for a long time, this one is much better than the clear plastic shotgun boxes but then again it is more expensive, i have both and this is the one I would recommend. Cheers.
