Saw mixed reviews for this! But it worked great for us, my daughter absolutely loves it. Would recommend.

Gift for my daughter from Santa. She enjoyed making the dough but no song played when the timer was set. The alarm didn't sound and the plush didn't make sound or shiver when taken out. Tried changing the batteries but still nothing. Returned it and new one arrived today. Daughter excited again only to find out this new one has the same problem. Very upset child again. Lots of people are reporting this issue. My other daughter had the oven version which worked fine. If you still want one I would go for that i stead.

Well this was a huge disappointment Bought these as the main present for my two girls for Christmas It’s actually the only thing they wanted was the cookeez makery things I bought two freezers and two pans Sad to say that both freezers and one pan didn’t actually work Changed batteries in plushies (though the fun was already spoilt as no winds were made to say anything was ready) still didn’t work! Very expensive piece of plastic Two disappointed little girls

I hate to put a disappointing review up but I don't want anyone else's kids disappointed. Our daughter opened this on Christmas morning absolutely ecstatic, she was so excited but it didn't work...no noise even after replacing batteries. It was a let down. Went onto amazon and they sent a replacement within 2 days which on amazon's side of things was great. We had to tell her that santa gave us money to order one since this one didn't work. So she was so excited again.....for the exact same thing to happen again!!!! This time I've just put in for a refund rather than exchange, I think the excitement of it has definitely vanished which is a shame. It must be a bad batch for the 2 of them not to work and did see a review on here with someone saying the same thing. The rest of the cookeez range did work but she was most excited about this one :(

Bought 4 of these for my grandaughters , although they quite cute only one completely worked. Three of those didn’t wiggle/giggle

The Cookeez Makery Freezy Cakez set is a fun and creative toy that my kids absolutely adore. The concept of mixing dough, shaping it into a cake, and then placing it in the fridge to reveal a cute, scented plush is very unique and engaging. The plush is adorable, and my little ones love the shivering and sound effects it makes. The instructions are easy to follow, and the kids were able to do most of the craft themselves with a little help from me. However, there are a few downsides. The icing included was very hard and didn’t work as expected, which was a bit frustrating. Also, while the fridge is cute, it’s bulky and takes up quite a bit of space. I’m also unsure how much long-term engagement this toy will have, as it’s a one-time reveal that might lose its novelty over time. Overall, though, it’s a great gift idea, especially for younger children. It’s fun, interactive, and adorable, but just be prepared for some minor frustrations with the craft portion.

I bought the Cookeez Makery Freezy Cakes for my kid, but let’s be honest—I was just as excited. This thing combines baking, surprise toys, and delicious smells in one magical little package. It’s like Willy Wonka opened a Build-A-Bear. We mixed, we waited, and then—BAM! Out pops a soft, squishy, slightly cold plushie that smells like it was baked by tiny dessert elves. Ours smelled like vanilla cupcakes and childhood joy. My kid screamed with happiness. I may have teared up. No shame. Pros: • Smells amazing • Soft and surprisingly satisfying to squish • Easy enough for kids, fun enough for adults to secretly love Cons: • I now want all my stuffed animals to smell like baked goods • My child refuses to sleep without their “freezy cake friend,” who apparently now has a bedtime story and its own pillow Overall: 10/10, would buy again. This thing is the Bake Off meets Beanie Babies, and I’m not mad about it.
