After my first bake this pan is non stick. I plan to bake more breads out of this loaf pan. It’s a standard American size. Heats well and maintains consistent browning on my bread. I also butter my pan and laid parchment paper to improve my chances and expedited my bread removal from the hot pan after bake. It’s easy to clean and work with. Great value, nice finish on the color and functions well for your bread shape baking needs.

Love this baking pan! It is a pretty cream color on the outside and easy clean up. Nothing has stuck to the pan when baking casserole and desserts.

High quality and exactly what I was seeking. It is indeed a ceramic coating, I can tell that the pan is well made, washes up great in the dishwasher - but I mostly hand wash. I use it in my Breville air fryer oven, and it fits great.

If your your like me and wanted an affordable no stick loaf pan thats WHITE, you be partially pleased. FYI- Linen White is noticeably NOT white but is instead more of a yellowish white or dirty white. The ad's picture made it look like a normal white. Oh well, for the price I guess it's a keeper.

Got these on sale and was so happy with them. They are heavy duty and wash well by hand! Meatloaf and bread slipped out easily.

I specifically looked for baking sheets with a ceramic non-toxic nonstick coating. This Sur la table baking sheet was advertised as such. I even asked AI because the product page only mentioned ceramic nonstick coating in the headline, NOT in the description. AI said that yes, that the nonstick coating was indeed ceramic, and so I purchased two of them.I just received them this morning and I am suspicious, to say the least.The label attached to the sheet doesn't mention anything about a ceramic nonstick coating nor does it mention for it to be PFA-free. It only says "slick nonstick interior"...Yep, that's it! There is a small sticker on the back of the sheet as well, but it doesn't contain any information about materials used.I went on Sur la Table's website to research about these, and wasn't able to find the product / product page, either.The sheets are beautiful for sure, but that doesn't mean anything if the nonstick coating is toxic because it's not ceramic after all!Conclusion: You can't be confident that the interior is indeed a ceramic nonstick coating.*I still gave the baking sheet 3 stars simply because of its sturdiness, good quality and beauty.
