Okay... body sculpting? Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. These are wooden massage tools.Two of them (the roller and the flat one) feel nice when rolled or dragged across sore areas of muscle and skin. The third (the cup) is pretty useless.My two young kids found these and asked what they were for. I explained that they were for massages and then decided to have some fun with it. My exhausted wife happened to be half-asleep, face down in the bed, so I told the kids they could pretend to make cookies on her back... Roll the dough out with the "roller," cut out the cookies with the "cutter," bake them, and then scrape them off the pan with the "spatula."Yeah, it was a stretch, but my kids were taking turns "baking cookies" while my wife enjoyed a nice back massage for quite some time.The tools are well made and solid. Nice finish, built to last. They are very attractive and are the sort of thing you can leave out on a dresser or massage table without them looking tacky, unsanitary or out of place.

Whoa! I’m not sure what took me so long to get these because I’m one of the planet’s biggest critics that tries everything and this right hereeeeee is THEE TRUTH! I use it at night before bed on my thighs, belly, rump, and arms and my skin is visibly tighter. No method at all to my massage madness, just rolling away because it feels wonderful like I feel toxins are moving around and outta here! I HIGHLY recommend! My skin and lookin tighter and I haven’t worked out in months!

This item is a 4 piece maderotherapy set. Maderotherapy is basically a massage technique using wooden tools. I always like using natural wood material over artificial material like plastic. These tools are an excellent variety for massaging. The gua sha scraper is well designed with convex and concave edges along with some focused ends to do deep tissue work or trigger point activation. The cup is a nice tool as well. It can provide suction to pull on the skin and increase blood flow. The cube roller is great for the hips, waist, stomach, legs, and rear end to help address cellulite and provide lymphatic relief. The wheel curved roller is also good for hitting cellulite inflicted areas and body sculpting in general. I suggest you do some research on the Internet to identify some good massage techniques to address your specific needs. It's also probably a good idea to get a friend or partner involved to address body areas that require assistance. The quality of these tools is pretty good considering the reasonable price point. Overall, this set is a great addition to home health support. I am very happy with these tools.

First thought was these are quite large and I wasn't fully expecting that. That's not a bad thing at all just surprised me. These are great quality and feel super durable. They feel great and make you feel relaxed and are overall great! The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was there was no instructions which is fine for some of them but some of the tools I had no idea how to use. It would be fine if you knew how to use them already but for me personally this was my first set and I had no idea how to use them.
