Cracked after hot water is poured

The cup is huge. Its not visible in the display picture but the amount of water required to brew the tea is substantial and not usually the amount that we drink in a single go. The cup is pretty fragile and one of the two that I had ordered and delivered in pieces.Tip - note that this is for loose tea leaves and not really for tea bags.

I like this Product, but bit high Price for this quality. This product is easy to clean, but very delicacy. Product is good, small, content is for one person, very thin, need careful handling. I recommend this product.

I use it to cold brew my tea and it's great. Only a bit dainty so needs extra care so you don't end up breaking it. So far so good for now, rest will have to see how long it lasts. Else perfect to put in some tea leaves and let them (cold) brew overnight in the fridge.

The mugs is functional but nothing like this photograph (there was no handle) . It is a double wall glass rather than a mug and the lid on top does not have a knob to hold it from. I especially chose this product because the photograph shows mug with handle so was disappointed on that front. Otherwise delivery was on time and packed properly.

Glass quality and design very nice.

It's too delicate and expensive.

The cup is received does not look like this one. There is no handle, the shape is different, the lid is different. Does not look at all like this elegant cup, just like a giant glass.
