Great Book
Came as shown in pictures & in great condition. No problems. Has a good amount of recipes and good knowledge of and explains the paleo diet.

Positively surprised, a good introduction
I bought this book out of curiosity, and decided to try its recipes for 2 weeks with an open mind. I was positively surprised at the taste and how good and simple these meals were. Some ingredients are quite uncommon and need a trip to the grocery store to get started (e.g. tapioca flour, almond meal, flaxseed flour). This little book is a keeper even if I don't switch to a 100% paleo diet on the long run. The recipes are for 1-8 servings, so one needs to juggle a little with the portions.

Try this and start to feel better within days.
I had vaguely heard of the Paleo diet and I had heard that it was really good for you health in so many ways. So I bought this book to teach myself all about it before I jumped in with both feet. This book explains Paelo in great detail and I discovered I wasn't going to be living on lettuce leaves and salad stuff alone. You will NEVER feel hungry on this diet. I say diet, but it doesn't feel like a diet as I am eating more than I've ever done, the difference being, that I'm eating all the correct stuff. It includes some tasty recipes, so you can have your steak dinners with just a small tweak on what you have with it. I've been on it for two weeks now and lost 12lbs. I have been trying for ages to get my blood sugar levels under control, to no avail, my Insulin dosage was being raised each week without any sign of it dropping down to normal levels.Within two days of starting this new eating way of life, my sugar levels dropped from being in the 20's, to the "normal" levels of between 5 - 9.Only today, all my 8 readings were in the 5's. My severely swollen stomach has practically disappeared during this time, and I just FEEL better from within. Buy this book. You won't regret it and your body will thank you for it.

Awesome Book!
This book is amazing. It explains what Paleo is first, then goes into what you can and can’t eat and great, easy recipes. I would definitely recommend it.

Read it, it's got great recipes in the book
I'm still trying to get my head round it, lots of other things to buy that I don't have in my cupboard
