The beauty of this product is in its economy. For 15 dollars you get a year's worth of supplement. They are in small capsules with powdered product and easy to take. Many of this supplement type are little hard pills and much more expensive per unit. This was a good find.

I've purchased BulkSupplements items several times over the past couple years & they haven't disappointed me yet. These Chromium Picolinate capsules fit that script as well. First of all, they smell fine (neutral scent) and taste fine, which is what you'd expect with this supplement. 2nd, the "Best Before" date is 5/31/27, which leaves me plenty of time to take a year's worth of pills. 3rd, the physical size of the pill makes it easy to swallow. The other ingredients, on the label, are listed as Rice Flour and Bovine Gelatin capsules, in case you have sensitivities.I do wish that they'd list the source country for the ingredients and the place where they were encapsulated and packaged, but they're not required to by law, so I can't fault them too much.

In 2024, when plant-based capsules are easy to obtain, gelatin seems silly to use.Otherwise, this is an easy-to-swallow form of chromium picolinate in a not-too-heavy dose. The capsule is pretty tiny so just about anyone can swallow this with ease. The price is reasonable for a full year’s supply.
