I want to know if these would be good for all of my players in my praise and worship band. We play new style of worship.

I don't use mine for playing out just for practice but the worship team at church uses two, lead guitar and drums.Mine works great for practice also.

Does this serve the same purpose as the Behringer MX400 Micromix 4 Channel Line Mixer in a way if I can get the signal to be stereo? thanks

You can get stereo output. Inputs however are one balanced 1/4" and the second is XLR. It's a great personal mixer and I use it every time I play live. I run the board mix into the 1/4" and then direct from my Line6 X3 Live into the XLR (Mic) input.

Question 3

Has anyone used this with a DI box in front of this unit and then plug in to this unit? For example, guitar->di box->this unit, if so did it work?

Yes you can do that.  I plugged a guitar to a Behringer Ultra-G GI100 DI box.  I ran the DI box line out to the MicroMON MA400 monitor input and listened through the headphones plugged into MA400,

Do most of you use the aux send's to send the signal to these units? Sounds like the levels to the monitor in in not very good, is that true?

I tried to use it as a mini mixer between my guitar and an aux send from a mixer. (Guitar 1/4" -> direct box transformer -> xlr to ma400 -> xlr to mixer) However, the aux send signal from the soundboard is low Z balanced (xlr). I tried using a xlr -> 1/4" TRS adapter, but it is too quiet. (The ma400's 1/4" input is NOT low Z compatible. Only high Z.)Solution: lowZ to highZ transformer. (Or a Direct Box reversed. A direct box is a highZ/lowZ transformer.) You can use an adapter to make this work. (Female XLR to female XLR for mixers with XLR sends.)I have searched for in-line lowZ xlr  to highZ xlr, but I cannot find any. Good luck!For those unfamiliar, here is a breakdown:Direct Box is: also called direct input/direct inject/direct interface/DI. They all mean the same. This changes voltage from highZ to lowZ. See below.1/4" is: 6.3mm jack.TRS is: Tip-Ring-Sleeve. TRS is: a 1/4" with 3 conductors (2 black rings).TS is: a 1/4" with 2 conductors (1 black ring).XLR is: ground/shield, hot, cold.XLR is: almost ALWAYS balanced/mono. (Rare exceptions are xlr camera power supplies and 5pin stereo xlr)Unbalanced is: hot, ground/shield. No protection against interference.Balanced is: hot, cold, ground/shield. Hot is +1.2volts. Cold is -1.2volts. If hot volts changes, cold helps even it out. (Gets rid of static/buzz)LowZ is: low impedance. Almost ALWAYS used with balance signals. (Used by anything XLR, 1/4" balanced, low power signals)HighZ is: high impedance. Almost always used with unbalanced signals. (Used by high power stuff like headphones, speakers, magnetic pickups in guitars)TRS can be used for lowZ balanced mono (same signals as XLR). Or it can be used for HighZ unbalanced stereo (Same signals as headphones).Just an example: highZ signal plugged into lowZ = too loud.LowZ plugged into highZ = too quiet. (This is my problem with ma400!)
