Sugar free syrup
The product did exactly what I needed it to do. It stayed melted in the syrup I made rather than crystallizing. It is very sweet so the next time I make pistachio syrup I will use 1/2 the amount of Allulose.

Great sugar substitute
Sugar substitute is easy to measure for baking. Dissolves well in beverages. No after taste.

Good sweet taste!
The taste is good without leaving an aftertaste as other sweeteners do...it dissolves perfectly in our morning coffee. It's a little pricey but it's worth to keep our health and glucose levels low.

My only concern is how healthy it is?!
It taste like sugar, but you need to use almost double amount of it to mimic the sugar sweetness, and that makes me concerned if this product is actually healthy to use and replace with natural raw sugar?!

Delicious and beneficial
Tastes great, I'm using this like those pixi sticks and taking a out 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day along with berberine. I see improvement in my glucose numbers and I'm like not hungry AT ALL since implementing this routine on a carnivore/ketovore diet. I was kinda struggling before starting this with the berberine and I'm pretty impressed with how much it has helped me stave off hunger/cravings while bringing my glucose down into 70s/80s range when it was sticking in the 90s/120s-130s range even with omad. With that being said, don't start off with 1tsp right away (I am still only taking 1/2 teaspoon 3, times a day) because it will cause gas and tummy pain (from the gas), 1/2 tsp seems to be the sweet spot for me to avoid this, the other day I thought I'd increase it to 1tsp and it still has that effect with the 1tsp lol. Other than that, this tastes amazing, just like sugar! Delicious.

Aftertaste yuck!
I wanted this to be good. I tried it daily in coffee for nearly a MONTH b4 realizing I wasn't finishing any cups of coffee that had this in it. Out it went

It tastes like sugar
Iโm really happy with the product, I been using it for a while now, it is the best sugar replacement out there in my opinion, for the taste I give it a 10, my only complaint is that, it takes more teaspoons than normal when it comes to sweetening my coffee.

Great for dessert
I used this for the first time to make ( ice cream. It takes more than regular sugar to sweeten the mix but once is mixed it tastes like sugar. I am not a sweet tooth person but I wanted to have a sweet healthy dessert with the family. My daughter who has a strong sweet tooth put it in her coffee and she loves it. Dissolved easily and has no after taste. A bit pricey if you use it often but is worthy for dessert recipes.
