The product is not working. It got stuck when I was trying to do data transfer from my old phone to this one. It was difficult to do as the touch was not working. When it got hang I tried to restart it it didn’t work and went to shutting down mode and got stuck there. Even after 40 minutes there is no change/update the phone looks like dead. Complete waste of money and time. Ordered this one as I am using one plus 5 from 2017 November and the phone is my favourite one till date. But this one disappointed me.
