Great sounding with unusual functionality
So the sound is excellent on this device with a very robust equalizer. Volume can turn to very very loud which i like especially when you want to get into the music. I love the two way bluetooth esp the ability to use my higher end wired headphones and use this device to connect to my Tv.Navigation of music is good once you get used to it and the hand controls buttons are really nice and sturdy. I rarely use the touch screen.Battery drains faster I’ve noticed if you have volume way up as that takes more power

Simplistic, but too simplistic.
The features are simple, but too simple. Making a playlist was a big pain of going through each artist, album, or genre. It's not as simple to use as an iPod. Can't search songs, you'd have to manually go searching for the one song that you want. Alot of other features that an old iPod 5th or 6th gen can do compared to this Walker Pro is just completely missing of ease of use. And the audio on the aux wasn't that great either. The Bluetooth audio was fine though. There's no dedicated app or player that can be used on the PC to help create playlists easier. And whenever I raise the volume about half way and alittle over, it constantly gives me a warning about "hearing damage" and it wont let me operate the thing until thay message disappears. I'd like to raise the volume however high I want to without it constantly reminding me and prohibiting the use of the player.Using the player has been way too annoying to use in my opinion.

It's pretty darn good
Dap works decent, I wish the ui was a little better and would be able to scroll through album art because its more easier for me to identify an album with a picture. I wish it had a line out jack because switching from headphones to an auxiliary patch cable is cumbersome with the scroll wheel. Those are the drawbacks for me and the reason why I put it at 4 instead of 5 stars. Other than that I believe this is the best dap at this price point. I have the smaller but I walked with the wheel on the front which I like a little bit more but the screen is too small and difficult to read . Also have the louran please around $100 which misses the mark and doesn't work as well and smooth. And the louran stopped working one day after about 3 months of light use. This hifiwalker is ok at this price point but I think it would be best to spend a little more on a better dap

This is the one you want!
The media could not be loaded. I have to admit that the HiFi Walker H20 Pro took me a few minutes to learn. It has a proprietary interface, but it has consistent and logical rules that quickly make it second nature. Many modern media players try to dazzle you with a long feature list. The H20 Pro takes a different approach. They focus on the experience of playing music and the impressive array of fine-tuning and customization is dedicated to a single purpose. I particularly enjoy the extent to which I can customize the interface. If you see something you don't like I can almost guarantee you can change the behavior through the settings menu. I absolutely love the satisfying feeling of that clicky volume knob! It sounds as impressive as it looks, too. Combine all this with the ability to use balanced headphones and you have yourself a must-have music-consuming device. And don't worry about the format for your music. The H20 does it all. Highly recommended!

Wonderful DAP with few problems
This DAP is very well built, hefty in hand. It is a better version of HIBY R3 ii with few missing features. It has wifi but only for connecting to HIBY music. It doesn’t have airplay or DLNA like R3 ii. The display is better in terms of pixel. It cannot be used as USB DAC with iphone, only works in PC.Sound quality is better than R3 ii. Sound stage is wider, bass is puncy.Overall this is a very good DAP and hope firmware update will fix those issues.

EQ setting problem
EQ custom/presets turn back off every time you turn off the player, so when you turn it back on you have to go into settings and turn EQ back on. After few days, and having to turn the EQ back on at least 2 dozen times I'm ready to rip my hair out. It's really a dumb problem to have but a problem none the less. I did a firmware update (there was one) and it didn't fix it. There is no one to answer the question, is this problem with just mine or that's just the way they are programed. Customer service is none existent, not through email or web page and no answer for the phone number given. The default EQ setting sounds crappy. And the fact that the EQ custom/presets won't stay on is unacceptable on any devise these days let alone one at this price. I'm returning it and recommend people not to buy the HiFi Walker H20pro if EQ settings matter to you. In addition I'll also recommend staying away from this compony due to their pore customer service.

Overall I like it, a couple minor issues.
Navigation takes some getting used to. I am forever going to want the old iPod classic with its wheel and hold button. It's got a nice size and light weight, easy to carry around. When the volume starts getting quiet on my earbuds just unpairing them seems to fix the issue.
