Some pros some cons
I have used same producd before also. Like 2 years back. But now i think perstage have compromised with the quality.. the stand of this kettle is of bad quality plastic which was twisted.. when i tried to make i right.. it got cracked very first day. Also It is not so easy to clean i have hurt my hand nuckles twice. Its fine if you have small hands. If i talk about performance it is the best product available.

Service
We used it in hard water and it got spoiled but the company provided service at the door step freely as it was within the warranty period.

Good vfm but no external quantity marker and steel gets very hot on the outside.
Decent quality product from Prestige and 1.2 litre capacity will be suitable for families of upto 4.Two cons, there is no external identification or marker to see the quantity inside and you will have to open kettle to see the quantity of liquid inside. Secondly, Kettle is stainless steel hence will get very hot from the outside ..hence you have to be careful not to touch the outside metal portion with hot liquid inside. Good vfm overall but would have give 5 stars if both cons above were addressed.

Good quality but have few problems
I am using this product since 3 months and i found basically two problems.1. The cable of the container is very small, so that you have to keep the kettle very near to the switch.2. As the shape of the kettle is wider at the bottom and slim at the top. It is difficult to washOtherwise the kettle is very good, quality of the material is also good and its boils water in almost 10-15 seconds. But don't use it for any other purpose.

Read this review befor buying.
°Recommended for hostel students like me. °Easily you can boil water and make hot coffee.°Once water is boiled it switches off automatically.°Used it for almost a year now and as it is used only to boil water it is pretty easy to clean.°It fell off the table once and the plastic part of handle broke but is still usable.°The metal part of this product is durable and decent quality.°Lastly I recommend this product but do not expect much of functionality.

Elegant kettle >> Quick boiling >> Good capacity >> Power button drops at times
I bought the electric kettle for 599 in Great Indian sale. The product was packed in Amazon carton box and together with the company packing it provided safety from damages. It is cordless kettle that has a 360-degree swivel base Which makes it convenient to keep the kettle in any way without interfering with the power cord. The cord is a little less than 1 meter.^ ^ ^ ^ ^ PROS ^ ^ ^ ^ ^The build is sturdy and this appears to be durable. The kettled is made of stainless steel body and the handle is tough plastic. The steel finish is mirror finish and along with matte black plastic handle lid and base it looks elegant. The lid closes with a click and the opening happens with the pressing of the ergonomically designed slide in button on the lid.The kettle has min and max levels marked inside. The kettle has auto shut off.The power indicator on the bottom half lights up when the kettle is powered on.The 2 cups of water takes just two minutes to boil. The kettle can boil up to 11/4 litres water at a time. The kettle takes 6 minutes to boil when full capacity.v v v v v CONS v v v v vThe handle is not absolutely "cool touch" but the inner side feels hot as you pick it up to pour hot water. The on- off power button on the handle, sometimes drops back and the boiling stops. Once I kept pressing it and it kept falling. It may be the reason I got this on discount. Edit - The button drops very frequently and this is not convenient to use so I am slashing two more stars. It has warranty of 1 year and I will update if I get a favourable response .The kettle body is not a unibody so the joint at the bottom is a deep groove which will eventually gather calcium deposits, grime etc.You can't boil just one cup as it won't reach up the minimum level. The kettle is good bargain at 599, if I ignore the power button dropping off at times. But if I had paid the MRP then this is a big flaw. When you buy on sale the chances are high you would get the product with some kind of flaw. If it is a minor flaw you are lucky but if it is a big one then you must not delay in initiating a return.Hope this helps !!
