Best lightweight normal lens for the price
I needed a normal lens for my Sony E that doesn't weigh a ton. After lugging a 50 1.4 around for several jobs, I finally searched for a good normal lens that is lightweight and sharp. This lens fills that bill at the expense of bulletproof build quality, but that is not so important since I don't abuse my lenses. It is not surgically-sharp, but isn't soft either. It is turning out to be a very nice portrait lens with fast, quiet autofocus. A very good value for Sony E users.
