I have 2 freezers and don't have room for any ice. This ice maker is just the thing to have. I make 2 rounds of ice and that's perfect for 2 or 3 guests. I am very pleased with this.

The small ice cubes melt quickly, difficult to get them in freezer before they start melting. Making them just a big clump of ice. The large ones do okay. I didn't do enough research and I thought that it would keep it frozen setting on my counter.

It's nice for smaller ice maker. Works easier than others. isn't that loud. has self cleaning.

Love it keeps me supplied in ice

this ice maker is great! the only issue i have, which makes me consider returning, is the fact that the ice is already melting when its made and dropped into the tray.

I kind of expected more but it will still be very useful now that I know what to expect. This has a decent manual with pictures. One of the statements said to make sure the product was level. Mine is not and I can rock it back and forth a little. I don’t know if it is supposed to have a rubber foot on the larger bottom circle foot but I looked in the packaging and didn’t find anything that may have fallen off. It’s not too extreme. Now as long as you aren’t expecting a ton of ice in that 6 minutes this thing works well. You only get 9 bullets of ice each rotation. Picking large just gets you a thicker bullet of ice. It still would take about 20 minutes to fill my 12 oz. cup. My current ice maker cannot keep up with larger family dinners during the holidays and when it was not working I wanted an alternative solution since I like to have ice in my drinks. This also makes a nice smaller shaped ice that fits way easier into small opening water bottles. Now I can bag ice and store it for future needs. Not too big at 10.6"D x 8.9"W x 11.4"H. During operation it does blow a lot of hot air out the right side so I had to redirect mine. This also comes with a little plastic scoop that fits into the ice bucket. It’s a little confusing on when to turn it off but any melting ice just contributes back to the water storage area. I’m happy to have a backup ice source. A few times it missed an ice cube or the way it stacked made it think that the bucket was full when it wasn’t really. It seemed to just clear the red light warning. Just remember to move the ice to your freezer as this is for ice to use and will not keep it frozen.
