Item arrived in a timely manner. It fit a system that was 18 years old,\ and works great.

Be aware that the image and description of this product is INCORRECT. It does NOT include the hand crank (which it essential for raising and lowering the satellite dish).I ordered this kit based on it being complete with the handle, as pictured and described. When I received it, I noticed that no hand crank was included. I contacted Amazon customer service by phone, told the c.s. rep of the missing part, and was given the option to pay to have it shipped back to them for a refund (excluding the additional cost of my shipping it back as defective) or replacement.I contacted Winegard directly and was told by them that the RK-CEIL kit does not include a hand crank, that is a separate kit, RK-HAND, which costs another $10 or so from them.I notified Amazon of the problem here, and asked them to at least correct their listing for this product so no other customers go through this hassle, but nothing has been done as yet.Also, do a Google search on "Winegard RK-CEIL" and you will find the same kit for $3 less- order that and the handle for about $6.
