Great tool, fabulous value, works with Dremel acessories!
Wow. I got this because my 40-year old Dremel wasn't compatible with the new accessories, like the chain sharpener. I was really surprised at how nice this was. The tool is very nice - great torque, well-balanced, no vibration. The kit of accessories, the case and the flexible shaft were all very welcome bonuses.I was also very pleased to find that the Dremel accessories fit correctly. Well, done, Wen!The one caveat is their technical support. Before I bought this, I asked them if they knew if the Dremel accessories fit. With no response from them, I went ahead and bought both, knowing I could make a return if necessary. It took them 30 days (!) to respond with an answer that was equivalent to, "Duhhh."Other than that, I could not be more pleased. Buy with confidence!

Best deal in rotary tools with the flex shaft
I do a lot of fine woodworking and have several rotary tools. This is my first with a flex shaft. Game changer! This is obviously a cheap one but seems to work great. Just make sure you follow the instructions exactly when installing it and it will work as it should. A lot of these reviews complaining about it probably never bother to read how exactly to attach it properly. I have mine rigged up above my workbench hanging with a sanding wheel on it. It's extremally useful and makes fine sanding super easy companied to having to wield the entire tool. The included accessories are all decent enough and getting a hard case for this price is pretty surprising. The main tool is surprisingly quiet and it holds it's speed well. I have a couple others where the vibration of the motor moves the speed adjustment wheel. No issues with this one. I also have a WEN cordless rotary tool that is super underpowered and I never use it. Do not recommend those at all. Just get one with a flex shaft if you need a more surgical rotary tool.

A tool for a job, no more no less.
Its fat, a lot of the included bits are pretty junk, it's loud, and kinda smells under heavy use. I bought this for one job expecting it to possibly die on the job, possibly not die. I just wanted a cheap rugged one to use NOW, not for fine etching or anything like that. I need to polish a set of aluminum wheels. I ran this thing for hours, got polish all over it, and have used it quite a bit since. if you just need a rotary, and don't need the ultimate precision, but more power.. this is a good option. It's not fancy, but it's cheap and appears to be quite durable.

Solid Little Tool
This rotary tool is pretty nice. I've used it a few times now to clean up some of my 3D printed parts and it works well enough (I always print in ABS). It has plenty of power for the stuff I do and being able to adjust the speed is helpful depending on what you're working with. The flex shaft is cool too, makes it easier to get into those tight spots when I need to smooth out some rough edges or something like that.I'm not sure if this thing would hold up for super heavy-duty tasks but for my purposes it's perfect. Plus, the carrying case and all the extra bits are really convenient. It comes with pretty much everything you'd ever need. I mean, who needs a fancy Dremel when you can get something like this that works just as well and doesn't cost nearly as much? Oh, I almost forgot to mention, it came in handy for cleaning up some old tools too - rust is no match for this thing (I also use WD-40 on my tools though, just in case).

For the money this is amazing!
I love this rotary tool. Mind you it’s not a 150$+ dremmel but it is a workhorse and very reliable. I see these comments of disappointed people saying it’s not up to there standards and there dremmel is better. I don’t understand that. This is a 20$ rotary tool and the best one for that price you can find. Most of these reviews are comparing to high end expensive dremmels and that doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway I like the rotary tool very much and the first thing I did was buy the keyless Chuck made by wen so I don’t have to deal with collets and have them wear out or keep changing them when I need to use a different size bit. Best investment I made. Makes life so much easier. I ended up buying 2, one for the rotary and one for the flex shaft. Also if you have never used a flex shaft you need to understand that you have to take the collar off and slide the insert out of the flex shaft so you can clamp the rotary tool on it and then screw it on where you removed the collar. I recommend every 20 to 30 hours of use with the flex shaft take the insert out and wipe the grease off and reapply a light amount of grease. That way it doesn’t heat up. I’ve found that with this particular flex shaft graphite does not work so well like other models. It will get hot with graphite. I’ve found that Valvoline red high temp bearing grease works the absolute best. You can buy it in the tube here on Amazon or at you’re local auto parts store. The high temp is what you need and it prevents grease from melting down into the handle of the flex shaft. All in all this is a win win if you understand how to maintain and take care of it. I originally got one of these because my grandfather has one and it’s over 12 years old and it’s still working. Probably has a couple thousand hours of use on his. Take care of you’re stuff it will take care of you…

Passable for price
For the price, it's a passable dremel (albeit weak and you can stop the motor with your fingers), but what really seals the deal is the customer service, my thing started screaming and they sent me a new one. (After a month long wait time)Overall: Recommended if you aren't gonna use dremels often.

Great option
This Dremel is great for small tasks around the house. The extra-long neck that came with it was incredibly helpful—much better than the one I had from Harbor Freight, as I didn't have to hold the main body like before. I felt less vibration when using the extension, which allowed me to work longer without my hand getting tired. It came with plenty of bits that suited my needs, though I did purchase additional ones for a different project. Overall, the speed and motor performance are excellent—never bogged down once. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for an affordable alternative to more expensive brands.
