I bought this electric water dispenser two months ago, and it worked fine in the beginning. The water flow was smooth, and it was very convenient to use. However, after about two months, the rechargeable battery stopped working completely. It no longer charges or powers on, which makes the dispenser useless. I tried multiple charging cables and sockets, but nothing helped. There’s also no option to replace the battery, which is very disappointing. For a product that’s supposed to be long-lasting and convenient, the quality of the battery is extremely poor. I would not recommend this product unless the manufacturer improves the battery life and offers better after-sales support.

This is the worst product i never bought its not type c charger fake advertisement and after 1week it’s stopped working even i charge so many time it will work for 2 min and produst was not there i request amazon thisbproduct from your listings its not at all good

Very good and helpful product. Using it happily for over 2months now. Will update if any issue. Edit-no issues even after a year and a half, batteries have run out though. Opened it and batteries are generic ones which can be replaced easily. Pretty solid item on fact.
