WOW!I was using NHS (behind the ear) free hearing aids when first diagnosed with industrial deafness.I'd been really struggling with them and my glasses, as they were pushing my glasses out of position.I saw these on Amazon and eBay but dismissed them as being cheap copies.A good friend of mine bought some direct from America $170 per pair? 😲 I bought mine via Amazon due to the very good returns policy for £58 per pair (just in case) but I needn't have worried.Easy to setup and use and importantly for me they don't interfere with wearing glasses, as well as being practically invisible! 👍 They're exactly the same as my friends but a almost a third of the price! Batteries last aged and easily available too!Tip: If you get a high pitched squeal turn the volume right down, then turn up to between quarter and half volume (do this for both sides)Helpful? For the price these perform well. I'm comparing them with a set of a similar product for which I paid £800. the product works nearly as well as the much more expensive version. The main difference being a lack of a volume control that's usable when the unit is worn.Some users have reported feedback - just take some time to adjust the volume with the included screwdriver. My set came with the volume set too high. Also experiment with the included earpieces to get a better fit and reduce feedback. Recommended.

I am high tone deaf, the damage caused by jet engines 50 years ago leaving me frustratingly hard of hearing. I bought a pair of hearing aids from a well known high street retailer that very soon became dated, no longer manufactured and cost a small fortune to repair which was a regular occurrence. I gave up with them and coped with the deafness for some time until I read about these, did some research and to my surprise found them with Amazon. They are without doubt absolutely amazing and have made my life so much better. They arrived by Royal Mail from the USA 10 days after placing the order and were in my ears very shortly after arrival. Thank you to everyone concerned.

So good I bought another pair! (Delivery is quicker than stated date). Correctly described by the advertiser as highly advanced and state-of-the-art. Much better than fiddly glasses-snagging behind-the-ear (bte) aids, and barely noticeable - could be a Bluetooth earbud. Quick to put in. Comfortable. Secure in the ear as it has a snug fit, additionally kept in place by your inner earlobe. Unlike a bte aid, does not fly off when you take your T-shirt off! Also, unlike a bte aid, the battery does not readily fall out when you release the battery tray to turn the aid off.Performance: much higher volume range than my NHS bte aids. No 'seashell noise'. No problem with squealing providing you are using the correct fitting ear cup/plug, and have not turned up the volume too much. The volume adjustment is not too difficult as the screw is helpfully marked to show volume level. The batteries have lasted up to 2 weeks on minimum volume, using the aids/amplifiers only when needed, e.g. not in a silent room.I still have my NHS aids as a back up, but I don't think I'll be wearing them much. These aids make me feel like I have normal hearing again.

Following audiology test purchased behind the ear hearing aids, which proved cumbersome with glasses. Having to recharge daily whether used or not was a nuisance. These are simple to use and comfortable to wear. Sound quality extremely good once the right volume level has been located. I would highly recommend these for listening to musicor television. A great buy.

Seemed great idea and they were fine when they worked. I don't think I've got particularly small ear channels but even with the smallest they didn't seem to fit in my ear, this resulted in lots of high pitched whistles. After trying them out couple times the left o e stopped working at all. The right one followed the next day. I replaced batteries on numerous occasions but they would work for maybe half hour (if I kept still) and them breakdown again. Obviously this is not ideal and I am about to attemp to return and get my money back

First you will think you are a tin that's what they sound like!! You have to fiddle for a while get any balance between ears right. These are OK for watching TV or radio does they do help with the sound be aware it is a very tinny sound though, you can hear everything around you and when you speak it vibrates your ears awful..I could not wear this all day long, outside the sound is to much it does not sound anywhere near natural and amplifies everything again sound awful and I was glad to get them from my ears. These are not a proper hearing aid just a amplifier of sorts. Unable to use a mobile or normal phone when these are in your ear so be aware of that unless you hold the phone a couple of inches from your hear which looks odd. For £41 they are neat come well presented I have to say. Can not been be seen in the ear unless you really look for them Do not expect them to be fantastic they are not but will be OK on your own just with a TV or radio not for every day use..so please bear this in mind!
