I’m trying to improve my health after cancer and following a ketogenic diet. I read about this product and decided to try it. It’s very sweet and after giving up sugar it was too sweet but needed something to fight fatigue. I only use half of the bottle in my water along with a citrus supplement and methylene blue. I have energy and it’s truly helped me. I love Peach and have only tried the peach. 🍑 💕 It is pricey but works better than many others and keeps me in ketogenic state.

’ll admit, I was skeptical at first, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. These energy shots have been an absolute game changer for my runs. Man, this stuff works. Great energy, no crash, and I swear my brain works better after taking this stuff. The cost is absurd though. As to the taste. Do you like gummy peach Os? How about gummy peach Os mixed with battery acid? Because that initial hit, you get that delicious gummy peach O flavor followed by what I can only describe as battery acid. It's pure chemicals, whatever the hell it is. I'd give it five stars if it was just for effectiveness. Maybe I'll order a new flavor and give it a shot.

Do all these energy drinks taste nasty? This is the first one we have tried and it is horrible. Waste of money. Also, did not feel any energy boost after trying it. We are not sure what to do with the rest, because we are not drinking it. We felt for the influencer advertising. We follow a YouTuber who is an investor in this product. Made sense to us, but no. Unless you are accustom to this type of drinks and they all taste horrible, then go ahead. Otherwise, skip this one. Honestly we do not understand what is the fuss about energy drinks, we notice no effect.

I was a bit skeptical about this product at first, mainly because I have tried several other "energy shots" or drinks or supplements over the years and they all typically have one or two things in common: 1) some really do nothing whatsoever or 2) if they do "work" it comes with a side helping of the jitters or feeling off in some way or other. Anyhow, we gave these a try after a friend recommended them and I have to say that although the taste is....special....the results are definite. So just power through the aftertaste of the shot (I mean really, we're only talking like 5-10 seconds of your day here) and then do whatever it was that you were going to do, but you will absolutely notice more sustained energy output and focus and all of the "magic" that they promise. Ok, it isn't magical, but it does indeed work, and without any of the jitters or weird side effects of so many other products. So for me at this point in my life I consider that a win in helping to achieve my fitness and life goals. This product isn't the cheapest by any stretch, but so far I have to say that it is a worthwhile investment into my regimen that has tangible benefit.

The taste is more bearable in the peach flavor but it has LESS KETONES compared to the Green Apple flavor. NICE EVEN ENERGY! ABSOLUTELY NO CRASHES or cravings! I was even looking for a way to invest in this product but it’s not publicly traded. If you’re looking for a good quality product, buy the peach flavor! It only has 5 Grams of Ketones but the taste is more bearable. Only 4 stars because it has less Ketones and the taste is bad but not as bad as the green apple.

Ketone-IQ is a must try! I usually don’t drink amy pre-workouts but I do drink energy drinks from time to time and I can tell you that Ketone-IQ so far for me works amazing, I feel the energy boost, focus and sharpness right aways and it usually lasts for hours unlike energy drink! If you are debating on if you should try them, I would recommend them 100% shoutout to amazing Ketone-IQ team as well!
