The first time I cleaned the burrs on my Breville, I did not know that there was a felt washer or that I needed to be so gentle with it. It is very fragile! After several years of taking the burrs out to clean, it will start to fall apart. This is a great replacement that is cheap and easy to use.

Inspect the item carefully
When I first opened the package it didnโt look like I expected. It was one piece with no hole in the middle. I was pretty sure that I received the wrong thing. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the middle part was removable leaving me with the part I need.
