Easy to put the blades in
LOVE IT!! I've gone thru a wired knife and 2 cordless knives and wasn't happy with any of them. This one is great. It doesn't feel like a piece of wood in my hand, the blades are easy to take out and put back in, and it has lots power. I saw a review saying it was great at slicing freshly made bread. I made a loaf of bread to see if that was true. It was! It sliced thru a hard crust loaf like butter!! I didn't need the other things that came with it but it was worth the money despite the extras.

Love that this is cordless
It comes with two sets of blades one is for meat and vegetables and another for bread also included was a digital thermometer and one of those two pronged fork things (sorry I’m not sure what it’s technical term is) but it makes cutting vegetables so easy especially potatoes and onions and the fact that it’s cordless is a huge bonus so you don’t have to worry about the cord getting in the way and you can just pop the blades off and throw them in the dishwasher to clean when you’re done using it

Wouldn’t turn off
Unit worked great the first time we used it on French Bread. Today worked great again on one of two turkey breasts. On the second turkey breast it wouldn’t shut off. Had to put it in the garage to run itself dead. Went to the company website only to find it didn’t exist. I kept getting an error message. Tried to call the number provided and waited on hold, with music ;) for over 20 minutes. No answer. Was last day to return to Amazon. Packaged it up and returned for a refund. I did love the convenience of no cord. I’ll try and find another.

Great knife for a reasonable price
The knife arrived on time and comes with all kinds of extras (gloves, meat thermometer, basting brush). Love that it comes with 2 sets of knives to make it versatile for different cutting needs. I am the manager of a senior meal program and cook for 40 to 90 people a day, so slicing roast beef can mean 50lbs of roast for one meal. I charged the knife for 4 hours and was able to slice through the roasts like a hot knife through butter. The knife had the same power from start to finish, which took approximately 35 minutes. I was able to get very controlled, consistent cuts. Those are the pros. The only cons I have found is that your hand does get tired holding both the top safely button and the bottom button, this probably would not be an issue if just using for personal use. The unit also did get quite warm in my hand by the time I was finished, also probably not an issue for personal cooking use.Overall I am happy with this knife thus far. Tomorrow I am tackling 3 turkeys. We will see how it maneuvers around bones.

Great Electric knife.
Good Value works great, like all the extras I needed a new thermometer and I can always use a basting brush. Very well made I use it to cut Fresh baked bread cuts smooth even cuts. Great that it's cordless.

It cuts good but having to hold the button on is a little hard for those like myself have hand issues with not much strength
