I bought a used one for $60 off and it was as if it were brand new on arrival. This is a great affordable pro like option. I feel it. I sit on it, stand on it, and place my arms on it to get an entire body benefit. I am 51 years old, 5-5 200 pounds and it’s sturdy for me and my teenage son to use, I sit a lot homeschooling him and this is great hourly to shake my body up and not sit too long lymph wise. I notice I’m peeing a lot more at night. I had Covid 2 weeks ago and was not well enough to return to working out, weights or walking without tiring. This has been a great substitute to do something. I think so far, it’s working well. Let’s see gow lomg it works. If it fails before a year, I’ll update my review. So far, so good!

I bought this vibration plate based on a recommendation from a friend who has been using this exact model for a while. After seeing how consistent she was with it and how good she felt using it, I decided to try it myself. I use this about 20 minutes, three times a week, and it honestly makes me feel great afterward. Ok so if you’re on the jiggler train you know ! I have never used a different one so this is all based off my experience with this one. I love that this model goes on sale so often so you can get it at a really great price if you keep an eye on it. Honestly if you’re looking at it now and it’s too much just wait- it will go down. It’s a really sturdy model as well, my toddler sometimes really messes with it and nothing has happened to it so far. It works for me an my husband for different things- he likes to use it to try and loosen up his stiff body and for his pain. I like to use it to help clear up my lymphatic system - and it totally helps me go if you know what I mean lol. I love that when I get to it in the morning I feel that extra boost of energy and when I do it in the evening it seems to help melt away the tension in my body, helps me release which then helps with the pains from the day. We’ve already put this thing through a lot and it’s totally standing up to everything we do it’s quite durable ! Also I really like the size of it- not too small !

Such a great gift I was given last Christmas! I’ve had this vibration platform for a year now. I've used many (some prescribed by doctors) and this is definitely a keeper! I like the design and the look of this machine because the color blends in nicely with my decor. It seems to be well built and sturdy. I use it on my hardwood floor so the suction works great. I've also used it on synthetic wood, glossy tiles and carpet... worked great on all! The machine makes very little noise (but people downstairs CAN 110% hear it. And depending how you stand, it's louder/quieter). I have used it up to max vibration speed and enjoy it, but am aware that I can't do it too early or late. Honestly, when it starts making a bit too much noise... I adjust my feet on the platform and it goes away easily. This isn't the strongest on the market, but I'm OK with that. It gets rid of pain, is functional in multiple workout positions, is easy to move around the home, grips to the floor, is a reasonable price, has multiple settings, good attachments, bright light, distinct remote, audible buttons... I love it. This machine is powerful! It really gets the fat moving. I noticed slight weight loss and skin improvement within one month of consistent use. I haven't used the attachments but they're all very strong and trustworthy. Now with all that being said, let me mention the things I wasn’t quite happy with... The remote doesn’t always work that well. You damn near have to have it right up to the platform for it to do its thing. Using the machine wasn’t too hard to figure out but I'm sure some people prefer a more detailed manual. I initially complained about the max timer setting buttttt I then learned about the health risks... do your research before buying one. Although I have those minor issues, I'd still recommend and give it 4 out of 5 stars because the vibration is good it’s just the functionality (buttons, remote, sound etc.) could be better.

We are loving this . High quality for the money. Easy to use, and store away, We are already noticing reductions in inflammation and pain relief just one week in. It’s been a great way to elevate morning work out. Stretching with the cords, and even doing some planks, push ups, and lunges. Highly recommended.

I reviewed many of these vibration plates before deciding to go with this one. I waited to do the review to make sure it would fully stand the test..and I couldn’t be happier! I had lymphatic drainage issues and truly needed this vibration plate. It is durable, easy to setup and use and works well every time. It’s stable and is comfortable to use without taking up too much space. The remote control is a great benefit and it’s just right when considering size, functionality and durability. Do your research and you’ll come back to this one too. I am very happy with this much needed purchase.

UPDATE: Vendor has very kindly helped me with the broken vibration plate, so I've updated the stars. I'm very grateful as they were kind and quick to help. Absolutely love this vibration plate, but I should note that my first one broke after 9 months (might be a fluke). I used it 5-15 min every night, and one day one side just gave out. Clunk. I was quite sad!! No jumping, no stepping on and off or any strange use....just 9 months and it gave out. As mentioned, the vendor was very helpful with my issue, and I have a new vibration plate so fingers crossed.
